A lawsuit against Southwestern Energy Co. and Flywheel Energy Production LLC on behalf of a group of oil and gas well workers can move forward, after a federal court in Arkansas said the plaintiff adequately alleged that the companies'wage violations were willful.Thomas Clark worked for Southwestern until 2017 as an hourly well tender or pumper. Clark alleges he wasn't paid for the time he took on daily vehicle safety checks, paperwork, and driving to well sites. Clark says Flywheel in 2018 acquired the portion of Southwestern in which he'd worked and continued these practices.
