Three U.S. producers are challenging the Commerce Department's decision to lift antidumping duties on imports from China of the pesticide chloropicrin, arguing to the U.S. Court of International Trade that the department overreacted to a clerical error.Commerce is required to conduct a review of a U.S. antidumping duty order every five years, to determine whether revoking the order would likely lead to a recurrence in dumping.
