The Trump administration is united against the overuse of nationwide injunctions, but it seems unlikely that the U.S. Supreme Court will resolve the issue. Alan B. Morrison, associate dean at George Washington University Law School, says there are solutions available to Congress to reduce some of the downsides to nationwide injunctions.
