The EPA is expected to unveil the first updates to its regulations on lead in drinking water in nearly threedecades today in Green Bay, Wis., David Schultz reports. 1. The agency’s lead regulations, officially known as the Lead and Copper Rule, went into effect in 1991and haven’t been substantially updated since then.
