House Bill Would Authorize Pilot Program For Managing Sewer, Stormwater Overflows

A bill introduced by Rep. Steve Chabot (R-Ohio) would direct the Environmental Protection Agency to launch a pilot program in 15 municipalities that are seeking to implement the agency's integrated plan to manage wastewater and stormwater.
