Environmental group established its members have standing to bring Clean Water Act citizen suit claims alleging that gravel mining company discharged pollutants into rivers in violation of act because, even though complaint does not identify particular members who were harmed by company's actions: (1) group submitted affidavits from individual members describing their personal use of rivers and how alleged pollution impacted them, (2) affidavits are permissible to prove standing, and (3) affidavits establish that members suffered actual injury and have standing to sue.
