Lumber company trade association has standing to challenge U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service designation of critical habitat for listed owl species under Endangered Species Act, because: (1) association submitted affidavit asserting that member lumber companies obtain timber from lands now designated critical habitat, that designation will decrease availability of companies' source of timber supply, and that decrease will cause members economic harm; (2) economic harm to business constitutes injury in fact; and (3) affidavit established causation and that injury can be redressed in demonstrating substantial probability that challenged government action will cause decrease in supply of raw material from particular source, that companies obtain raw material from that source, and that companies will suffer some economic harm from decrease in supply from that source.
