New scientific warning of worsening climate change

The latest report from the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) concludes in unequivocal terms that climate change is happening and that greenhouse gas emissions from human activity are overwhelmingly the dominant cause. It warns that climate change is on course to reach dangerous levels in the second half of this century unless emissions are significantly reduced.
