The danger of the property industry's zero-carbon agenda is that it ignores social and economic sus-tainability and could result in highly perverse outcomes, according to a sustainability expert.rnDr David Strong, chief executive of Inbuilt Consulting, is calling for an urgent reality check and a change to "whole-system thinking".rn"I am a strong supporter of zero and low-carbon buildings," he said.
