摘要

Tim Berners-Lee, who is the architect of the World Wide Web and arguably the father of the way most of us communicate and interact using the Internet, is fond of saying that, right from the beginning, he regarded the web as two-way traffic: not simply to deliver information but to get users to change that information; not just passivity but interactivity; not simply browsing what others have produced but using that information to generate, to create, to design new information and ideas.
