摘要

Papers should be e-mailed in the first instance to the editorial office. If one of the editors is familiar with the subject please indicate this in your e-mail. Submission of a paper implies acceptance of the following conditions. (1) The paper reports unpublished work. (2) The paper is not being submitted to any other journal. (3) You are fully authorised to submit the material for publication. (4) If accepted, the paper will not be republished without the consent of the publishers.
