EPA Asks For Small Business Input On Formaldehyde Emission Rules

EPA is asking small businesses to take part in a review panel for its pending formaldehyde emission standards for composite wood products, a move that could help provide the agency with advice to ensure that the rule minimizes economic impacts on small businesses.rnEPA announced Oct. 19 that it is inviting small businesses- those having up to 750,1,000 or 1,500 employees, depending on the type of business- to join its Small Business Advocacy Review (SBAR) for the wood products air rule.
