摘要

More than 100 groups have filed a petition urging EPA to require chemical manufacturers and distributors to disclose data about substances used in oil and gas drilling under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) - a request that activists say will fill gaps left by what EPA is already doing as part of its study into the risks posed by hydraulic fracturing, and what states and industry are doing as part of a voluntary fracking disclosure registry.
