The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit is delaying several lawsuits over various EPA greenhouse gas (GHG) rules until the Supreme Court decides whether it will hear an appeal of a unanimous D.C. Circuit ruling that broadly upheld EPA's initial climate rules, including its endangerment finding and GHG vehicle and permitting policies.
