Environmentalists Cite Lawsuit Wins In Push For Stricter EPA PM2.5 Rules

Environmentalists are citing two recent legal victories in cases challenging EPA fine particulate matter (PM2.5) rules to try and force the agency to tighten all of its policies for implementing the PM2.5 national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS), saying failure to heed their call could spur them to file "a whole new raft" of lawsuits.
