During a Feb. 3 House Oversight & Government Reform Committee hearing, Republican lawmakers criticized EPA's handling of high levels of lead in Flint's drinking water, with Rep. Jody Hice (R-GA) comparing the situation to the federal government's response to Hurricane Katrina. "This is absolutely a train wreck in every way and EPA is so far behind not doing their job," Hice said.
