Brisbane-based engineering company Ausenco has signed an agreementrnwith Minera Esperanza to carry out $8.6 million of multidisciplinary support and field supervision on the $2 billion Esperanza copper project development in the Antofagasta region in Chile.rnThe company's process infrastructure business is performing the workrnthrough its subsidiary Pipeline Systems Incorporated.rnThe Esperanza project is a seawater pipeline and a concentrate pipeline crossing 145km of the Atacama Desert from 2300m above sea level to the shore.
