FM550-108 is a new high performance pallet amplifier designed for FM and HDFM radio broadcasts. It is suitable for transmitter, transposes and broadcast exciter designs.rnThis Class B amplifier delivers 500W-600W CW output power, up to 82% collector efficiency, and harmonic suppression of -30dBc. The device contains the MRF6V2300NBR1 LDMOS transistor and can operate at temperatures ranging from -10℃ to +60℃. The typical gain of 21 dB allows the designer to supply only 4.5W input power, eliminating one or more gain stages to save cost.
