The $353 million construction con-tract to redevelop the former Carlton United Brewery site on Broadway in central Sydney and build the One Central Park residential and retail complex for Frasers Property Australia has been awarded to Watpac Construction. One Central Park is the first residen-tial stage of the $2 billion Central Park precinct. As a new urban village located at the western gateway to the CBD, the completed Central Park precinct will comprise residential, retail and com-mercial space.
