A quarter of a century of engineering through the eyes of Engineers Australia magazine

Being an engineering news magazine, Engineers Australia has reported on the development of engineering and technology, in Australia and increas ingly overseas, since it was established in 1976, first under the watchful editorship of my predecessor Justin Paine and since 1987 under my guardianship. Much has changed in that time and much has been achieved. At the same time, much has remained the same and is still being hotly debated, and some ideas and projects have failed or not taken off at all.
