Heliostat used for lighting

Last month a 110t steel frame was lifted 100m and fixed to the side of a high-rise tower to support Australia's first residential heliostat used for lighting purposes. A heliostat is a device which allows mirrors to track the sun and is more commonly used for solar heating. Developers of One Central Park on Sydney's Broadway, Frasers Property Australia and Sekisui House Australia, contracted Watpac Construction to install the frame and Kennovations to design and construct the heliostat.
