Brant Webb, one of two miners who survived a rockfall and was trapped underground at the Beaconsfield gold mine in Tasmania for two weeks, will be the conference dinner speaker at Engineers Australia's Mining Electrical and Mining Mechanical Society (MEMMES) Convention 2013 at the Crowne Plaza, Hunter Valley on 19-20 April.
