Chicago's skyline will soon have a new 92-story tower by real-estate devel'oper Donald Trump. The Trump International Hotel and Tower will reside in downtown Chicago's near north side at the foot of Rush Street and west of the well-known Wrigley building and Michigan Avenue Bridge. When construction on the elaborate skyscraper is complete in 2009, it will stand over 1,360 feet tall and will contain approximately 160,000 cubic yards of concrete and 21,700 tons of rebar. Luxury will be a palpable theme inside the tower and out, enabling it to effortlessly adapt to its upscale and unique lakefront surroundings.
