Arizona Plans for two Phoenix projects proposed by Mercury Development are in schematic stage. The projects consists of the Calder Tower, a 39-story, 680,000-sq-ft building with 420 apartment units and 10,000 sq ft of retail space at Fourth Ave. and Van Buren. Pending all necessary approvals, construction could possibly get under way by fall 2008. Plans for the Lido Apartments project calls for a 19-story, 410,000-sq-ft building with 380 apartment units and 12,000 sq ft of retail space at Roosevelt and Fifth streets.
