Dailey, PE, theTollway's chief engineer, has partnered with the contracting community and heightened the accountability and customer service focus of the Tollway's operations-while administering a huge project to rebuild, restore and extend a 274-mile highway system serving 1.3 million daily users. In an environment of accelerated schedules and unprecedented cost escalation, Jeff has committed more than $2 billion in contracts to date while keeping this complex program on schedule and on budget.
