摘要

As an architect, former Chair of the DBIA Board of Directors and Associate Vice Chancellor and Campus Architect, UC Irvine, I am actively concerned with research on design-build and integrated project delivery. Recently I was honored to work closely with the DBIA Foundation for Integrated Services to help orchestrate its merger with the Charles Pankow Foundation. Bringing these two institutions together has enabled a new focus on integrated project delivery research and has helped underwrite new learning and research opportunities. Through the Charles Pankow Foundation we have the ability to identify promising research and to provide the funding and support necessary to make that research happen.
