7/14 City of East Providence, 145 Taunton Ave. Room 206, East Providence, 02914-4530, wastewa-ter treatment plant upgrade. The waste-water treatment plant in East Providence is to undergo significant upgrades, including the installation of new odor-control systems, nitrogen-removal systems and electrical systems. New computer-monitoring systems are to be integrated into the plant's monitoring systems. Other upgrades will be made to HVAC systems, fire-protection, and communications systems. Related work will include pump station upgrades, force main and pipeline restoration as well as assorted site work.
