The City of Elk Grove is seeking proposals for design services for a new 9,500-sq-ft household hazardous-waste collection facility,rnwhich will be located in the southeast corner of the city. The project includes facilities that will accommodate waste from home-and-garden, auto-care and hobby products. Project's goal is to achieve LEED Silver certification.
