6/1 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, is seeking qualifications for indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) design-build services for new construction and repairs of parking lots, infrastructure, water dis- tribution and wastewater collection as well as buildings throughout Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Buildings include Group Support Battalion (GSB) logistic, a 34,268-sq-ft GSB tactical equipment maintenance facility, a GSB organization equipment storage facility, a 4,485-sq-ft GSB oil storage facility, a GSB hazardous-materials storage facility and a wash rack/platform. The term of this contract will be for a base year and four 12-month options.
