Waterfront Resort Inc. is planning to convert a 150-year-old factory building into a waterfront condominium complex in College Point, Queens. The project entails converting the Chilton Paint building into a 134-unit, six-story, 107,000-sq-ft residential complex by connecting the old building to two new buildings that extend toward the water. It will be designed by King Associates. The project is valued at between $10 million and $15 million.
