Stabilized Earth Supports Bridge and Road Relocation

The New York State Dept. of Transportation awarded ECCO Ⅲ Enterprises Inc. the contract to design a solution for a dangerous stretch of road impacted by various site conditions and increasing traffic. Upon review, the decision was reached to relocate a portion of the Short Clove Road, which leads to Route 9W in the village of Haverstraw.
