Parkview Developers LLC is planning to build Out Chicago, a LGBT- focused hotel in East Lakeview, Chicago's Boystown neighborhood. The project entails building an eight-floor, 61,000-sq-ft, 112-room hotel at 3300 N. Halsted St. It will feature a gym, rooftop lounge and bar, which will be encased in glass to reduce noise for neighbors, and a 3,000-sq-ft atrium with a waterfall feature. Koo and Associates is the designer. The project has been valued at between $10 million and $15 million.
