Prices for construction pipe products showed mixed results this month. Prices for corrugated-steel pipe jumped between 0.4% and 1.1 % for the period, lifting prices for 36-in.-dia CSP 1.9% above a year ago. Prices for PVC sewer and water pipe rose between 0.1 % and 0.5% this month. But prices for PVC pipe remain between 2% and 5% below February 2012's level. Falling between 1.6% and 2.6% from the previous month, prices for reinforced-concrete pipe took a beating this month. The average price for four RCP products is 2.3% below a year ago. Prices for copper water tubing rebounded but remain 7% below a year ago.
