P3 Market Is Permanent, Significant, Growing

To say that a massive demand for infrastructure improvements exists in the U.S. is an understatement. P3S, as a result, are a permanent, significant and growing feature of the U.S. infrastructure market. That much is certain. Nonetheless, the engineering and construction sector has sometimes been hesitant over public-private partnerships, questioning on occasion the efficacy of the delivery method and how engineering and construction firms can best participate. Such equivocation may be partly due to uncertainty about what P3S are or will become, and partly about why firms should seek involvement.
