Goldstein Planting LLC, backed by investors Atlas Capital Group and Square Mile Capital Management, is planning to convert a former Coca-Cola Co. manufacturing plant in downtown Los Angeles into an office and retail complex. The three-story, 123,600-sq-ft building will be converted into retail space on the ground floor and office space on the upper two floors; the design also includes a 300-space parking garage and a landscaped roof deck, replete with a fire pit and outdoor kitchen.
