Massachusetts The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is planning to repair the 3,000-ft-long north jetty at Newburyport Harbor in Salisbury. The work involves placing 25,000 tons of 1- to 12-ton armor stone to fill in existing gaps and will include substantial moving and rehandling of existing stones to obtain the required interlocking placement.
