The private sector of non-residential construction has shown some recovery in 2014 from the great recession while the public sector for non-residential construction is expected to show some signs of recovery in 2015. Everyone will welcome this change. However, contractors and sureties may face some challenges stemming from pains caused by the depth and breadth of the great recession.
