A streamlined workflow is imperative to managing schedule and risk on a construction site. Insight-WFP was brought on board a USD 450 million construction project by a Houston oil refinery to implement an advanced work packaging system in an environment where construction planning was typically done oh the fly. The goal was to free up the foremen to supervise safety, productivity, and quality.
