Sanitary Sewer Manholes Supplied With Protective Liners

Design challenges at the Lower Sycolin Sewage Project in Leesburg, Va., contributed to the installation of several sanitary sewer manholes lined with AGRU protective liners and fabricated with PREDL FRP Base Liners. The extreme site conditions included a proposed sanitary sewer pipeline 20-to 25-ft deep, a high groundwater table and limited access to a site that ran alongside a pristine creek that drains into the Potomac River. The installation contractor was Allan Myers.
