Bleu Ciel currently under construction in Dallas is a luxury resort-style condominium tower nestled within the 18-city block Harwood district. The 33-story high-rise designed by Paris-based Jean-Michel Wilmotte and Dallas-based HDF will consist of up to 158 residential units ranging in size from 1,300 sq ft to more than 7,000 sq ft. The tower will also contain retail amenities, a spa, fitness center, wine storage and tasting, sunning and swimming pools, and multiple levels for parking.
