ILLINOIS Omni Properties is planning to build Atrium Village, a mixed-use development at the former site of the Cabrini Green housing project. The five-phase development will include 1,500 units grouped in four apartment towers, each between 24 and 44 stories. It will also include a grocery store, a two-acre public park, the Bright Horizons School, 47,000 sq ft of retail space and 1,280 underground parking spaces. The project is valued at $200 million.
