Covering assets from falling dust and debris during construction projects is smart for bottom lines. SmartSeam by TuffWrap Installations is designed to protect people, products and property. As the only suspended cover, interior protection solution with a dust shield over the seams, its heat-reactive thread is triggered by the increased temperature of a fire. This enables the suspended cover panels to open and permits sprinklers to function properly. Since the invention of SmartSeam in 2013, there have been numerous adaptations and improvements to ensure the best dust and debris protection. These advancements led to it being the first suspended cover solution to be classified to UL 723S for installation below the sprinkler system and meet NFPA 13, the National Fire Protection Agency's benchmark for sprinkler systems.
