The Arkansas Dept. of Transportation is planning an improvement project for Interstate 30 in Saline County. The project includes widening 5.5 miles of I-30 to three lanes in each direction, from the interchange with U.S. Route 70 to Se-vier Street in Benton. Terra-Gen is planning to construct the Edwards & Sanborn solar power and energy storage facility on two separate sites, totaling 2,006 acres, in Kern County.
