I see by your Sept. 14-21 magazine that you received many negative comments on your editorial. I posted that editorial on LinkedIn with a notation that Republicans do not do infrastructure and got a similar response. However, your case and mine are proven by the article "Continuing Resolution May Carry Highway Bill" on p. 6 of the same magazine. It is clear that the House and Democrats want to fund public works, but the Senate, and Republicans (regardless of whether they are for or against infrastructure funding) will not vote for funding.
