FLORIDA Collier Enterprises is planning to build Rivergrass Milage, a 1,000-acre residential development located north and south of Oil Well Road, east of DeSoto Boulevard, in Naples. It will feature 2,500 spec homes, between 62,500 sq ft and 80,000 sq ft of retail and office space, and 25,000 sq ft of civic, government or institutional space. The development will also include an 18-hole golf course, a 20-acre mixed-use village center on the south side of Oil Well Road, and a system of lakes and parks, sidewalks and bike lanes.
