Preparing Future Leaders

I first developed this class eight years ago and am constantly updating it to stay relevant and make sure my students are ahead of the curve. Fundamentally, I like to emphasize that, to be successful in a construction engineering career, it's important to be technology agnostic. This is perhaps an underappreciated concept and is important in preparing students to be lifelong learners.
