In fast-growing downtown Nashville, Tenn., a new 27-story mixed-use complex is on the rise. The 1200 Broadway project facilitated by the Endeavor Real Estate Group broke ground in 2017 on the property of an old auto dealership. To meet the aggressive schedule and site logistics on the corner of the busy main street, the project team, which includes Baker Concrete Construction, will have to communicate, coordinate and proactively respond to challenges.
