摘要

To deal with uncertainty problems such as time, quantity and quality of coal logistics demand of consumers which leading to low stability and flexibility of coal logistics park demand flow network, robust design was put forward to improve system stability. The mathematical model of remanufacturing coal logistics networks was set up based on stochastic distribution of uncontrollable factors, and robust objectives were presented. Sensitivity analysis was conducted through the integrated use of mathematical simulation and experimental design. Each influencing factor and level was studied and the main factors and optimal combination were provided. Meanwhile the numbers of factors, level of each factor and design process of experiment were also discussed. Finally, the process of robust design based on design of experiment was demonstrated by an application example.
