摘要

Traditional energy-saving motor design is mainly estimated through the empirical formula, and it may ignore some factors such as the precise structure of the machine which affects the result. In this paper, virtual design platform-Motormulphy is presented based on the finite element analysis of the multi-physics coupled field, which includes the electromagnetic field, flow field, temperature field and stress. Through the simulation of each module, it obtained the results such as temperature and strain of the energy-saving motor, which provided a reliable theoretical basis for motor design, and made it more effective.
