2011 OCT 12 - (VerticalNews.com) -- "This paper is concerned with the optimalrnlinear estimation problem for discrete time-varying networked systems with communicationrnconstraints. The communication constraint considered is that only one network node is allowedrnto gain access to a shared communication channel, then the various network nodes of thernnetworked systems are scheduled to transmit data according to a specified media access controlrnprotocol, and a remote estimator performs the estimation task with only partially availablernmeasurements," scientists writing in the journal Automatica report.
